- The following is a Sources Sought Notice (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. (b) Although "proposal," "offeror," contractor, and "offeror" may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) Any information received from a contractor in response to this NOTICE may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as "proprietary" or "confidential," intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law. (d) This NOTICE is issued for the purpose of collecting information about the PACS Workstation requirement. (e) Contractors that are able to offer the items identified in this notice (or equivalent) are encouraged to email full information to Daniel Czech at daniel.czech@va.gov fully identifying the SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE number. -Contractor shall send a capabilities statement. -Contractors shall identify their size status under NAICS 339112 -Contractors shall also identify any Federal Supply Schedules or SEWP Contracts that may carry the desired product. -Contractors shall NOT provide any pricing. (f) Potential offerors are invited to review the below item schedule and draft salient characteristics and provide public comment. Please identify the action number and send all information to the email provided above. ? CLIN with Description/Quantity/Unit 17 EA HP Z620 DUAL SIX CORE DIAGNOSTIC WORKSTATION 27 EA CORONIS FUSION COLOR 6 MP WITH DISPLAY CONTROLLER 32 EA CORONIS COLOR 2 MP 1 HD WITH DISPLAY CONTROLLER 47 EA APC SMART UPS C 1500VA LCD 120V 55 EA CORONIS COLOR 2 MP 1 HD WITH DISPLAY CONTROLLER ***Contractor shall connect and test the PACS Workstations, to include the BARCO Driver board, BARCO software, BARCO Monitor, and UPS. Contractor shall deliver to VA once system test results are fully successful. Contractor shall include 5-yr warranty to commence upon Government Acceptance.*** Salient Characteristics Items must: "Be a Diagnostic Workstation "Integrate BARCO Video Controller, tested prior to delivery.
