Description

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Seal Beach Detachment, Product Engineer (PE34) has a requirement for three (3) each Agilent Mainframes with associated components. This equipment supports the Test and Measurement Diagnostic Equipment for the Calibration Standards program. This procurement action will be a firm fixed priced contract issued on a sole source basis to Agilent Technologies, Inc. This procurement is a commercial item IAW FAR Part 12. The associated NAICS Classification is 334515 and the size standard in employees is 500. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation. Interested parties may submit inquiries or requests for information to the Contract Specialist, Pamela Jarrett at Pamela.jarrett@navy.mil. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Requests must include company name, address, point of contact name, telephone number, fax number, county, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number. Responses are due on 11 July 2013 by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). If no responses are received NSWC Corona will proceed with the sole source award.
