Description

SOW Inventory List Service Delivery Summary QASP Wage Determination Clauses SF 1449 RFQ Cover Letter The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking fitness and wellness management services to staff, operate, and manage the Birmingham Social Security Center (BSSC) located at 1200 Reverend Abraham Woods Jr. Boulevard, Birmingham, Alabama, 35285. The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive health and fitness program for members of the Birmingham Fitness Center. The Contractor shall provide instruction and personal training for Birmingham Fitness Center members and create general and individualized regimens to promote good health, nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. All work performed under the contract shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended, relative to accessibility.
