Description

TIRNO13Q00093/ Soliciation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement conctitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Requst for Quote (RFQ) against solicitation number TIRNO-13-Q-00093. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-52. (iv) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Number is 541511 with a size standard of $25.0 Million. This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement and will be procured using commerial item procedures and award will be based on low price technically acceptable. (v) Quotes shall include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements. Only information provided in the quote will be used to determine technical acceptability. (vi) General Delivery, Delivery Date is 30 days after award. Place of Delivery: IRS-CI Electronic Crimes, 6359 Walker Lane; Suite 210 Alexandria, VA 22130, ATTN: Tom Pasko. Any responsible soures who beleive they can provide the required products and services may submit a written capability statement, via email, by 12:00 pm ET on July 1, 2013. Telephone inquiries will be considered non-responsive. No solicitation will be issued.
