- Request for Quotation (RFQ) M67854-13-Q-1034 for Environmental Temperature Humidity Chamber This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) M67854-13-Q-1034 constitute the only solicitation being issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-67. The procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415 and applicable size standard is 750, as listed in Block 10 on RFQ. All interested and responsible parties shall refer to https://www.fbo.gov in order to obtain a copy of the RFQ. This is an RFQ for the procurement of one (1) Environmental Temperature/Humidity Chamber requirement. Quotes are being solicited and a written RFQ is attached to this synopsis. The following provisions and clauses shall apply: (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) (2) FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items) with the following insertion in paragraph (a) "lowest priced technically acceptable" (3) FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items) (5) FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions -Commercial Items) and (4) FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items). Please see the attached RFQ for additional detail, and other terms and conditions. All questions should be directed to Germa Batton at germa.batton@usmc.mil and copied to patsy.d.stefan@usmc.mil on or before 2:00 PM, local time, 28 June 2013. Submission of offers shall be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b) and shall be received no later than 10:00 AM local time July 24, 2013. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the FBO system for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) to receive an award, FAR 52.204-99 System for Award Management Registration (August 2012) (DEVIATION). Online Certifications and Representations is also required. Failure to comply with the SAM registration may deem an offeror ineligible for award.
