- NAVSEA Indian Head has a requirement for Maintenance Support for the MK 15 Underwater Imaging System (UIS) to include the procurement of UIS systems and depot level support services. This requirement is classified commercial and is being conducted under full and open competition with a 10% HUBZone price evaluation preference. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 with a FSC code of J099. Prospective Offerors are directed to review the requirements of DD Form 2345 and are advised that the MK 15 UIS Maintenance Support technical documentation will only be released to Offerors who have been accepted as a certified contractor by JCO, in accordance with the designated regulations documented on DD Form 2345.
