Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Benefits Administration, Southern Area Contracting Team intends to award a sole source construction contract to A.C.E. Coastal Builders located in Midway, Georgia for the modification of a veteran's home as a part of the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Independent Living Program. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236118. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. No solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide these services are encouraged to identify themselves and submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
