- Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to MSAB Incorporated dba Micro Systemation, 5300 Shawnee Rd, Suite 100, Alexandria VA 22312 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase SIMEX XAMN Android SIM Card Reader Tablet Edition, Part#: NSAB-400 tablet. SIMEX XAMN Android SIM Card Reader Tablet Edition is available exclusively for recognized government agencies. MSAB Incorporated is the only authorized reseller of Micro Systemation AB products to include XRY LOGICAL, XRY COMPLETE, XAMN and SIMEX. SIMEX- XAMIN is a unique system that was customized for NCIS. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to MSAB Incorporated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334210. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
