- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423820 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 100 employees. The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and pickup of the following items: Delivery: 1 each - New Lawn Mower/Sweeper - which meets the following salient characteristics: * 4WD * 28-32 HP Diesel Engine * Front Mount Mower with Rear Discharge - approximately 72 inch * 54-60 inch Front Mount Sweeper Attachment with Auxiliary Hydraulic package * Rear Weight Kit with 200-250 lbs. of Suitcase Weights * Hard Cab Enclosure * Detachable Doors * Windshield Wiper Kit * Integrated Heater and Defroster Kit * Exterior Mirror Kit * Turf Tires * Extra Large fuel tank * Owners/Operators Manual * Set up and Delivery included in the price Pickup: Trade-In - 1 each - 1999 Hustler Model #4500 with approximately 1600 hours with the following features: * 2WD * 4 Cylinder Gas Engine * 72 inch Front Mount Mower with Rear Discharge * 54 inch Heavy Duty Two Stage Snow Blower with Auxiliary Hydraulic package * Rear Weight Kit with Suitcase Weights * Roll Over Protection Cab * Heated Cab w/ front wiper * Removable doors To request pictures of the used Hustler model #4500 trade-in with snow blower and mower deck, or to schedule a site visit to inspect the trade-in, please contact GREG JOHNSON at gregory.johnson.5@ang.af.mil or 605-988-5932 Offerors shall provide the unit price for the new lawn mower/sweeper and the unit price for the used trade-in lawn mower/snow blower, inclusive of shipping costs (FOB Destination) to be delivered/picked up FOB Destination to the South Dakota Air National Guard, 1201 West Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264. Offer evaluation will be based on technical and price related factors. Technical factors are approximately equal in weight to price related factors. The offered items best meeting the Government's requirement will be selected.
