Description
NSN 6695-01-444-7073, PR NO: 1000007189, Transducer, Motional, Approved Source(s): Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE 97499, Part Number 901-375-874-101, Rosemount Aerospace Inc., CAGE 59885, and Part Number 1122723C. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB at Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. This NSN is a critical application item. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 150 days. This NSN is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 126 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 21 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." The anticipated solicitation issue date is 01 August 2013.
