J&A The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division (DITCO/PL833), 1 Overcash Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4123, intends to issue a sole source award to Innovative Research, Inc. to provide TileFlow Plus Software License and Maintenance for one year period to support DISA. The TileFlow Plus Software License/Maintenance is only available from one sole provider.
