- Amendment One Amendment No. One is hereby issued to Solicitation No. 13-247-SOL-00083 to add the following: 1.Extend the solicitation closing date to June 28, 2013 at 4:00 pm. 2.The Contractor shall perform a preliminary inspection and assessment of facility. An organized site visit is scheduled at: Phoenix Indian Medical Center (Engineering Department) 4212 N. 16th Street Phoenix, AZ 85016 on June 26, 2013, at 9:00 am Phoenix, Arizona Time. The site visit is not mandatory.
