- Amendment #2 - Contractor must sign blocks 15a,b,c and return the updated schedule of items (page 2) with signed Amendment #2. Additionally, if Contractor did not quote the original package and Amendment #1, those packages must be submitted by July 1st, but only Amendment #2's schedule of items need be filled in. The Contractor Packet to return must also be submitted by any Contractor that did not originally quote. THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a complete package is attached for offerors to return. This notice constitutes as Solicitation AG-04T0-S-13-0016 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and any incorporated provisions include those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. Quotes are being solicited from Small Business Concerns only. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 115310 and the small business size standard for that code is $7 million average receipts over the past three years. DESCRIPTION: Provide services, equipment, and labor necessary for maintaining or restoring animal populations that need meadow habitat on the Central Coast Ranger District - Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. The primary focus of treatments is controlling unwanted vegetation in or adjacent to meadows. Unwanted vegetation includes but is not limited to non-native grasses, fern, blackberry, shrubs, and small trees. Portions of some meadows are steep and will require good traction to complete treatments. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated contract period is July 8, 2013 through September 30, 2013 PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ in full text. Alternatively, clauses may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov/far/ : FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (FEB 2012); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (FEB 2012); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items (JAN 1999); FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (DEC 2012); and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (JAN 2013). Also attached: Solicitation AG-04T0-S-13-0016, Contractor Return Packet, and project maps. QUOTE DUE DATE: Quotes shall be received by July 1, 2013, 4:00 pm PST.
