- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W912JF-13-T-0014. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-66. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 and the Business Size Standard is 750 Employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. Quotes will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions, FAR 15.209(a). No partial orders shall be accepted. NOTES to Offerors: Offers shall note the lead time or approximate delivery date for items offered. Shipping shall be FOB Destination to: 61 ST CST (WMD) ARARNG BLDG 2600 CAMP ROBINSON NORTH LITTLE ROCK AR 72199-9600 Description of the Requirement: Design/installation for use a Single System for Transmitting and Receiving various types ofl data and information wirelessly throughout the 61st Civil Support Team (CST) footprint. (See Attached LAYOUT). Design and integration shall be accomplished using existing equipment. Each of 61st CST Footprint shall be capable of receiving and transmitting all types of data and converting them back to their original format. (Types of data input include IP, RCA, COAX, RF Frequencies, etc.) CLIN 0001: Design/installation for use a Single System for Transmitting and Receiving Information. All offered items must meet the specifications of the proposed applicable item or the offer will be rejected as technically unacceptable. A technically acceptable offer is required to fully meet all the specifications. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
