Description

This is a market survey to determine if is more than one company capable of providing mainternenace for a Konica Minoltola Bizhub C550. The following are requirements that must be met to qualify to provide maintenance services. Printer Maintenance Requirements: 1.Certified and authorized Konica Minolta technicians only 2.Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) parts must be used 3.24 hours response time with a service repair technician on site within 48 hours a.Replacement of OEM parts only, and replacement parts must be available on hand or within 24 hours. b.Repair jobs shall be completed within 48 hours once the work begins. Otherwise, a written justification, identifying the problems, must be provided detailing why the repair will take more than 48 hours. 4.Monthly supply of all required toners (B&W and Color) If your company is able to provide these services, please submit an email to Lori.McLaughlin@faa.gov with the particulars.
