Evaluation Factors for Award Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Respondents Statement of Work, Specific Tasks, Qualifications Deliveries or Performance Wage Determinations Standard Form 1449 - Bid Sheet Contract Administration Data Representations and Instructions Contract Clauses Instection and Acceptance Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for a Sediments Laboratory Manager in support of the Casper Creek Watershed Project at the Arcata Sediments Laboratory, Arcata CA. A unique set of skills is required to manage the sediment analysis laboratory (see attached Statement of WorK, Specific Tasks, and Qualifications) to ensure continuity of data for this critical project. This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below to have a quote considered responsive: a) Print out and use the attached Standard Form 1449 as a bid sheet, and submit quote prior to bid closing date and time. b) Review Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award, and submit 1. Copy of or verification of degree to meet education requirements 2. Organization, Location and time frame of prior sediments lab work experience, to include phone and/or email point of contact information. 3. Organization, location and time frame of prior work with required software (see Statement of Work, Qualifications section) to include phone and/or email point of contact information.
