- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: UT City: West Valley City, UT Delineated Area: North: North Temple South: 4500 South East: 300 West West: 4000 West Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,160 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,560 Space Type: Office/Warehouse/Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 8 spaces within wareyard for GOVs Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking for employees and visitors in accordance with local codes. Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 5,485 ABOA SF to 5,885 ABOA SF of office space, and 675 ABOA SF of warehouse. 5,000 SF of secured exterior wareyard area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain, unless determined to be the only practicable alternative. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in West Valley City, Utah, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
