- Fire Protection System Maintenance and Repair Services, Oahu, Hawaii. The Contractor shall maintain and repair fire protection and alarm systems to ensure they are fully functional and operational. The Contractor shall perform service call work, which includes emergency service calls, urgent service calls, and routine service calls. The Contractor shall develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all fire protection and fire alarm systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life. The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance, which includes the fixed fire alarm systems and equipment, automatic sprinkler systems, foam extinguishing systems, and FM-200 fire extinguishing systems.
