- The Department of Veteran Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Healthcare System, VISN 8, currently occupies office and related space in a building under Lease in Tallahassee, Florida, that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,500 NUSF up to a maximum of 3,600 NUSF. The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years. The space shall be available for occupancy by August 9, 2014. The delineated area is: NORTH:Maclay Road SOUTH:Capital Circle Southwest EAST:From North to South: Centerville Rd/Dempsey Mayo Rd/Southwood Plantation Rd. WEST:Capital Circle Northwest to Southwest (263) Other applicable requirements include the following features: *Proximity to public transportation *Sole Tenancy, if this is a requirement *Parking spaces for 20 vehicles, including two handicapped spaces *Building Security The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Includes the cost of parking (if any) *List of building services provided The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
