Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: VA701-13-R-0234 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Barbaricum LLC, 718 7th NW STE 302 Washington, DC 20001-3782 for the procurement of services in support of the 2013 Military Base Awareness Campaign program under the authority of 38 U.S.C. § 8127 ©, Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this campaign is for VHA to obtain assistance in developing and designing a promotional campaign targeting veterans, military healthcare providers and influencers through consumer retail facilities on military bases with the purpose of increasing awareness of the VHA as a preferred employer of veterans and family members.
