THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 8 intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-3. This requirement is for the HCHV emergency transitional residential shelter. The Government intends to make a sole source award to The Florida Institute for Human and machine Cognition (IHMC) 40 S. Alcaniz Street Pensacola, FL 32502 under NAICS Code 541712. The solicitation will not be posted. For any questions please contact Scott Brickey via email scott.brickey@va.gov.
