- Capabilities Statement Cover Sheet Performance Work Statement dated June 2013 SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (Not a Notice of Solicitation) The United States Air Force, LCMC/Operational Contracting Division, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking potential sources including small business (SB), 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain oil/water separators tanks located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). To view the full requirements of this project please view the attached Performance Work Statement Word document. Firms responding should specify their capabilities which meet the performance work statement attached and provide detailed information to show clear technical compliance. Additionally, sales history including recent commercial companies serviced shall be included to determine commerciality. The specifications for this requirement are listed in the attachment cited below: 1. Performance Work Statement (PWS) For Maintenance of Oil/Water Separators, Dated June 2013 All interested firms shall submit a response demonstrating their capabilities to produce the requested service to the Primary Point of Contact (POC) listed below. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion. Firms responding should indicate whether they are, a small business, 8(a), HubZone, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code assigned to this acquisition is 562998 with a $7 million size standard. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based upon responses hereto for any subsequent acquisition. Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/Foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondents should not construe this synopsis as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose. Capabilities Package: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities and specifications related to this effort. Interested parties must submit a Capabilities Statement, with the provided cover sheet completed (attachment 2), that is brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrates ability to meet the stated requirements. The Capabilities Statement should clearly present evidence that the interested party is fully capable of providing the required service and as such may contain any information that the interested party feels is relevant. A maximum of 4 pages may be submitted, not including the cover sheet. Capabilities Statements are to be presented in accordance with the attachment to this sources sought synopsis entitled "CAPABILITIES STATEMENT". All correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads "FA8601-13- R-0046, Maintenance of Oil/Water Separators." If this subject line is not included, the email may not get through email filters at Wright-Patterson AFB. Filters are designed to delete emails without a subject or with a suspicious subject or attachments. Attachments with files ending in.zip or.exe are not allowable and will be deleted. Ensure only.pdf,.doc, or.xls documents are attached to your email. All other attachments may be deleted.
