- Invoicing and Payments Performance Work Statement RFP Hazardous Cargo List Reports and Formats Wage Determination Cyber Security Controls and Template Past Performance Questionnaire Definitions City Groupings Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan United States Transportation Command (USTC) has a requirement for dedicated liner service for containerized and break bulk cargo between U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO) and Jacksonville, Florida (JaxPort). USTRANSCOM AQ-I will be hosting a Pre-Proposal Conference for Solicitation HTC711-13-R-W002, Sealift Transportation for Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO) on 20 June 2013 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm CT at the 932d Airlift Wing Auditorium located at Bldg 3650, 2400 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL, 62225. Attached is a map to the auditorium. A slide presentation will be posted to FedBizzOps on 18 Jun 2013 and industry will be responsible for bringing their own hard copy of the slides to the conference. Please RSVP to the conference NLT 18 Jun 13 at 4:00pm CT by emailing Ms. Shanda Lyman at shanda.lyman@ustranscom.mil or calling 618-220-7140 so we can ensure conference room space and secure base access. If you do not have access to Scott AFB please stop at the Visitor's Center on the left before reaching the gate and pick up your Base Access Pass. Directions: Turn Left on Golf Course Rd at the first light upon entering the base. Continue on Golf Course Rd around the flight line and past the Golf Course. Continue straight through the 4-way stop sign. You will curve to the right around the 932d Airlift Wing which will be on your right. (If you make it to the tunnels you've gone too far) Take a right into the parking lot after you pass the 932d and park on the far end of the parking lot. You will see the auditorium on the far west side of the building. Enter through the Auditorium doors at the end of the sidewalk, not the main office doors. ** This solicitation includes 5 attachments to the RFP (Atch 1-5) and 5 attachments to the PWS (ATTACHMENT I-V)
