- Representations and Certifications RFP 244024, draft contract and Statement of Work The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials and equipment in accordance with the draft contract, Enclosure 1, including the Statement of Work entitled "Technical Survey Teas (TST) position" attached thereto. The TST is tasked to provide independent, objective, focused advice to the Office of International Material Protection and Cooperation. The purpose is to support effective, consistent, and efficient implementation of MPC&A Program objectives. Those objectives are to reduce the risk of nuclear material proliferation commensurate with U.S. national security goals. The TST consists of a core group supplemented by "adjunct" participation as appropriate. The core group is staffed with technical experts with both domestic and international nuclear expertise and experience in design, implementation, and operation of safeguards and security systems. For example, the team's specific technical capabilities include: vulnerability/system analyses; design, operation, and maintenance of nuclear materials physical security and material control and accountability systems; measurement of radioactive materials; response/protective force training and tactics; and implementation, inspection, evaluation, and management experience. BNL is looking to fill one core part-time TST position (approximately 75% of an FTE) within the core group. Candidates should have long-term and diversified experience with the MPC&A Program. A successful candidate will bring unique qualifications and experience to the team covering a breadth of domestic and international expertise in the areas of physical security, material control and accounting, safeguards implementation, inspection, evaluation, and project management.
