Description
MCLC, Albany, GA intends to award a firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity contract to AARDVARK (Cage Code 0N995) for a base year and two (2) one year options for the following: Item 0001: Refurbishment in support of the USMC Reset Equipment (Principle end Item “ PEI) Quadcon set, Capabilities Set, Non-Lethal, NSN: 1367-01-579-4067, Part Number ATIMCEOFMMCS, TAMCN C0104. Minimum Quantity: 1 each and Maximum Quantity: 6 each per year. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 335999; Small Business, Size Standard is 500 employees. Delivery is requested six (6) months after delivery of each Reset Equipment Quadcon set. FOB Destination Origin. Ship to information: MMSA01, ALBANY GA 31704. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received with 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offerors capability to refurbish these items without the Government providing technical data.
