- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Repair of asphalt paved streets at Rose Barracks, Vilseck, Germany consisting of on-site repair of roads, potholes in asphalt paved streets, longitudinal cracks in HPS procedure, repair of curbstones etc.. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is 50 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 10 calendar days is included. At least 70% of the construction work must be performed by the prime contractor. Paper copies will not be available. Work is to be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German laws (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
