- The purposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Infomedia dba CareNet on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to provide uninterrupted Nurse Advice Line services to San Antonio Military Health Systems (SAMHS) beneficiaries. This will be a non-personal services Firm-Fixed Price Contract. There will be two (2) CLINS for Nurse Triage home advice calls and patient care coordination calls for a three (3) month period (1 Jul - 30 Sep 2013). The period of performance must start on 1 Jul 2013. This short-term contract is needed to provide uninterrupted services while a new contract is being re-procured competitively. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action, based on responses received, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Information received will be considered solely within the discretion of the government.
