Description

SF294 Subcontracting Rpt. form Place of Performance provision ACH Vendor Paymnt form Business Management Quest. form Specification CRFD/PD 04-07 Rev D 9/30/10 Cover Letter & Solicitation for CT2136-13 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2136-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210 Broadwoven fabric mills; the SBA small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year, firm-fixed-price with four (4) one-year options Requirements type contract for the following commercial item: fabric, 100% polyester, Air Force blue, 1650 micro denier filament with inherent fiber moisture management properties. The finished goods are for sale to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to supply the USAF. Purchase Description CRFD/PD 04-07 Revision D dated 9/30/2010 is applicable to this requirement.
