- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-13-R-1182, SC1000010777, NSN 6150-01-560-0238 Cable Assembly. Unit of issue is each (EA). Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is M3A and the end item is IMG Cat 1 (MRAP). Commercial in accordance with FAR part 12 and is not CSI. Approved sources of supply are Control Solutions LLC CAGE 4B8D1 part number ASM001175A and DCX-Chol Enterprises, Inc. CAGE 27456 part number 4000-4004-721 and BAE Systems Survivability Systems CAGE 6W728 part number 6432535-01M1. Surge and sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 2,413 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 1,207 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 1,207 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 2,413 each. The maximum contract quantity for the base year and each option years combined cannot exceed 18,095 each. The NAICs code is 3344191 for 500 employees. The requested delivery is 56 days ARO. The final contract award decision will be based upon Price and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at destination/destination. Shipment can be to any DLA stock location within the Continental United States (CONUS). Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation & acceptance of offers for part numbered items" applies.
