- Sole Source Justification <RESPDATE>06-17-13 <CONTACT>Point of Contact, Regina Dennis, Purchasing Agent, (215)233-6553, fax (215) 233-6485 The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Eastern Regional Research Center, Sustainable Biofuels and Coproducts (SBCP) Research Unit in Wyndmoor, PA intends to negotiate solely with All Power Labs, Inc. in Berkeley, CA to furnish and deliver (FOB) Destination one 20k W Power Pallet 60 Hz-120v 3 phase, one Portable Infrared Gas Analyzer 3100-P, one Research Instrumentation Kit, including shipping, crating and loading along with freight charges. The instrument will be used to produce sustainable gaseous fuels to forward objectives under the bio farm project.. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 (current as of FAC 2005-66), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS is 334516. The Solicitation number is 108-00013-13 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). Companies with the demonstrated capability of providing this equipment must submit a descriptive statement, including descriptive literature, specifically addressing the equipment=s component=s and availability. In the event multiple quotes are received, the quotes will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price, technically acceptable. In order to be considered technically acceptable, the item must meet specifications and compatibility requirements. The statement and literature must be submitted to the Contracting Office Address NLT 06/17/2013. This is not a request for proposal. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
