Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Institutional Shareholders Service (ISS), 311 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606, for online access to current and historic data from the period of 2000 to the present, on corporate boards, directors and proxy voting results compiled for the 1500 companies comprising the S&P 1500 Super Composite Index. ISS provides a data set to historic and current director and proxy voting data at the level of detail for the historical coverage required for SEC research. The period of performance will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The SEC intends to negotiate with only one source because no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, proposal, or quotation by June 12, 2013, 2:00 PM ET, and must be in writing to the address listed within this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Late responses will not be accepted. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
