Description

Synopsis of Requirements for Maintenance services for 38 nationally-dispersed floor model multifunctional printer (MFP) copiers supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Resolution Management. VA ORM is seeking a one-year maintenance contract with two option years for maintenance support including the supplies of ink and staples, excluding paper on the 38 Savin Multi-functional Printers (MFPs), and maintenance support for OmniCapture Notable Solutions Inc (NSI) AutoStore Document Capture application. The contractor shall provide a 2 hour response time and provide same day service, or offer equivalent service level agreement (SLA) for printer and application issue requests. This solicitation will include VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 852.219-10, VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set- Aside. As authorized by statute under the Veterans First Contracting Program, this contract action will not be competed. Solicitation release is planned for June 11, 2013.
