- NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire Cable or Satellite Television Services for the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Annapolis, MD on an unrestricted basis. The end user of these services will include approximately 4,600 students at USNA. It is intended to solicit on an unrestricted basis as a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base period of performance commencing on 16 August 13 through 30 September 13. The resultant contract will include provision for two one-year option periods. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The RFQ will require the submission of Past Performance reference(s) and price proposal. Price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns will be utilized. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517110; size standard 1,500 employees. Interested Parties are to refer to RFQ number N00189-13-T-Z122. The RFQ will be made available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPPS. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received.
