- Purchase Request #0047126366 / Solicitation, Request For Proposal (RFP) SPE4A5-13-R-1024 is a re-issued Government requirement previously solicited under SPE4A5-12-T-9552. This RFP will contain 1 NSN 1560-01-288-2252; SKIN, Aircraft; P/N 2-11771-3. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price definite quantity contract for quantity of 7 each. The OEM and approved source of supply is Northrop Grumman Corporation, (Cage 76823), Part Number: 2-11771-3. Required Delivery: 450 Days ARO, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Specification, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304 ( c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. The Government intends to place a delivery order for this requirement on a sole source basis against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
