Description

The Memphis VA Medical Center has a requirement to acquire one BiOM Bionic Foot from iWalk, Inc consisting of Robotic Ankle-Foot Assembly Kit. This Special Notice is being publicized to announce the medical center's intent to sole source this requirement under the authority of 38 U.S.C 8123. Proposed contracts negotiated under this authority are approved for Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other source can satisfy the supplies or services to meet the agency's requirements.
