Description

VA Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines Division, intends to negotiate with Covenant Construction Services a sole source contract for the roof repair of Building 5. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Questions concerning this acquisition must be directed to Cynthia Tabor by email at cynthia.tabor@va.gov. This is a simplified acquisition requirement with an estimated value of less than $100,000. The proposed contract action is for construction services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
