- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System hereby issues an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for Project # 646-09-130, "Renovate Building 51 Unit 3B at Heinz", at the Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh PA.15215. VAPHS intends to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction services related to this project. Construction must be performed in compliance with all applicable codes; VA Standards; and the terms of this contract. The contractor will be required to supply all tools, labor, materials, permits, licenses, supervision, etc. necessary to accomplish the construction requirements of this project in accordance with the drawings and specifications stated in this solicitation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All documents related to this solicitation are and will be posted to this website. Offerors are required to obtain and responsible for obtaining any and all amendments which will also be posted to this website. Failure to account for all posted amendments will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Please refer to 2.14 / 52.236-27 on page 10 of the solicitation for information regarding the site visit. THIS IS THE ONLY SITE VISIT THAT WILL BE HELD. All prospective offerors are encouraged to attend this site visit. Questions and requests for information must be submitted to the Contracting Officer via Email no later than 4:00 PM on June 20, 2013. 'BLDG 51 QUESTION" must appear in the subject line of the email. Answers will be posted as an amendment to this notice on Fed Biz Ops PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR ACKNOWLEDGED A sealed bid opening will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 22, 2013 at the following location: Conference Room 2A255 Building 70 / Second Floor VAPHS 1010 Delafield Road Pittsburgh, PA 15215 ALL OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION
