- The Forest Service contemplates issuing solicitation AG-0116-S-13-0064 for the Seal Point Recreation Enhancements. Project includes reconstruction of the existing boat ramp near Little Hamilton Iland at the South end of Kake to Seal Point Road. Work also includes day-use facilities, bathrooms, parking, signs and shelters at the boat ram and two other sites near the boat ramp. Contract package is not yet complete. Solicitation posting may be delayed. Do not send questions until after the solicitation is posted. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000
