- Provide study of the ranging behaviors of Main Hawaiian Island (MHI) seabirds which requires approval under the Endangered Species Act by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and permission by the Hawaii State Department of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW) based on demonstrable experience and technical expertise handling protected seabird species (e.g., Wedge-tailed Shearwater, albatrosses, boobies and tropicbirds) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
