Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, Virginia 23667, will be soliciting proposals for Electrophysiology Precious Metal Recovery (EP Disposables) for our Charles George Veteran Affairs Medical Center, located at 1100 Tunnel Road Asheville, NC 28805. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A request for proposal, VA246-13-Q-1209, will be issued within the next few weeks. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is to cover a 12 month period from the date of contract award. The first year is the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is a 100% Service- Disable Veteran Own Small-Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 562920 with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
