Description
The National Park Service is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under commercial item procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ number P13PS00816 incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, dated February 28, 2013. This RFQ is issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a $12.5 MIL size standard. One Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made to the responsible quoter based on price and price factors only. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued for providing 24 hour monitoring for intrusion and fire alarm infrastructure installed at various location within Minute Man National Historical Park in the towns of Concord, Lexington and Lincoln, Massachusetts for a Base 12 month period of performance and 4 option years for the locations identified in the in Scope of Work. Base Period of Performance: 7/1/2013 through 6/30/2014 Option Year 1: 7/1/2014 through 6/30/2015 Option Year 2: 7/1/2015 through 6/30/2016 Option Year 3: 7/1/2016 through 6/30/2017 Option Year 4: 7/1/2017 through 6/30/2018 Line Items CLINS 00010; 00020; 00030; 00040 and 00050 Alarm Monitoring for Minute Man National Historical Park (MIMA) in the towns of Concord, Lexington and Lincoln, MA 01742 for the base and (4) option years defined above. Provisions and Clauses incorporated by reference can be found at: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Request for Quotes are due for this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation on 6/6/2013 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Electronic quote shall be accepted and shall be emailed to Todd_Scola@nps.gov Submit questions via email to Todd_Scola@nps.gov no later than 6/3/13. Quoters shall complete the Schedule found in Attachment 0002. Quoters shall furnish the company name, DUNS number, TIN Number, address, phone and fax number, email address if available, and official point of contact. All quotes shall be signed by authorized company official. Vendor must be registered in www.SAM.gov (System for Award Management). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price related factors.
