REQUEST FOR QUOTES Issued By: 633d Contracting Squadron/LGCA 15 April 2013 74 Nealy Avenue Langley AFB, VA 23665 Points of Contact: A1C Kyle McCullough, Contract Administrator (757)764-3576 & 1 Lt Matthew Fleharty, Contracting Officer (757)764-3698 RFQ NUMBER: FA4800-13-KM-0001 TITLE: Mass Notification System (Giant Voice) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ: FA4800-13-KM-0001 no later than 1600 (4:00 PM) EST, 29 May 2013. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small business. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 541330 Engineering Services with a $14 Million size standard. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed-price contract for the acquisition of the following services and/or items in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This RFQ contains 4 line items. The line item description is as follows: Item No. Description Quantity Unit 0001 Outdoor Warning Equipment Sirens (Please see attached Statement of Work) 1 Unit 0002 Central Control Station Equipment (Please see attached Statement of Work) 1 EA 0003 Installation Equipment and Services (Please see attached Statement of Work) 1 EA 0004 Commissioning Services (Please see attached Statement of Work) 1 EA FOB point is Destination.
