- Description
- RFI for IWMS The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is seeking information on suppliers and their capabilities to provide a new business process management system (BPMS) to replace our existing Electronic Document Workflow system. Electronic Document Workflow (EDW) is the Defense Contract Management Agency's (DCMA) contract retrieval, document routing, and file management system. EDW provides DCMA Contract Management Offices (CMOs) with three important capabilities: (1) Automated retrieval of contracts and modifications posted by customers to the Defense Information Service Agency (DISA) Electronic Document Access (EDA), Navy, or NAVSEA websites; (2) Electronic management of contracts and all contract-related documents; (3) Expedited routing of documents to team members for their review.
