Space must have potential for an efficient layout and located in a professional office setting. Space shall not be located within close proximity to residential areas, schools, parks or churches. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including a total of 12 on-site secured parking spaces and a sally port for dedicated secured access. The Government requires building access 24 hour, 7 day a week. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. All services, supplies, utilities, portioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative.
