- The Department of the Navy invites Solicitation for Offers (SFOs) for the leasing of 10 parcels of land (approx 125 acres in total) within Naval Base Ventura County at Port Hueneme, CA. Offers to lease an individual or a combination of parcels of land will be accepted. Use of the parcels of land is restricted to roll-on/roll-off stock (vehicle processing, etc.). The lease period is five (5) years with a potential for two (2), five-year extensions (maximum of 15 years). An Industry Forum will take place on May 29, 2013 at 10:00am on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, Building 850. Please contact Kathleen Mallory at (805) 989-9746 at least two days in advance of the Industry Forum to secure access to Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme and for badging information. The deadline for receipt of offers to lease as a result of the SFO is 3:00pm PST, on June 14, 2013.
