Description

NOTICE Of AWARD: Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(a) Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f) a sole source contract award was issued for Refinish Community Living Center Floors B and C, Project 673-13-807. This is an infection control preventative measure. The construction requirement includes erecting additional containment barriers to separate areas occupied by community center personnel from areas of on-going construction.
