- Solicitation for NSN 5975-01-611-5691, 0049318669, SPE4A6-13-R-1077, Strut Aircraft, Bell Boeing Joint Project Office (cage: 3B1R2) and Boeing Company (cage: 77272), P/N 901-036-503-161. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. No Quantity Option. This is a Critical Safety Item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. It requires FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Note to Internet Subscribers: No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and INternet uoting System (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures. the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
