Description

Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for armor panel, front door, part number: 110-200343-100 (6 each), armor panel, rear door, part number: 110-200344-100 (7 each), and armor panel, front door, part number: 110-200342-100 (8 each). The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a limited basis with Science Applications Int'l Corp. (SAIC), PO Box 223058, Pittsburgh, PA 15251-2058, Cage Code: 79343, in which a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be issued. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-13-T-0060 will be released O/A 31 May 2013, Closing date: O/A 10 June 2013. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
