- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Architect and Engineering (A-E) services being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act and Subpart 36.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Bureau of Reclamation, located in Denver Colorado intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the design, fabrication, testing and delivery of a support frame for the IPM machine tool. The support frame shall be designed by a licensed professional mechanical engineer and delivered to the Trinity Power House, Lewiston, CA. The request for proposal (RFP) - R13PS80234 will utilize best value evaluation procedures and will provide additional information. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 and is set aside for small businesses. The RFP issuance date will be on or about 17 May 2013 at FedBizOpps. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The deadline for all proposals will be 1:00PM MT Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, www.sam.gov, and ensure that the applicable NAICS code 541330 is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of proposals.
