- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ while it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for test, evaluation and repair of Digital RF Memory Units (DRFMU ™s) and Subassemblies. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Job Order (JO) for a 1-year period. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-10-G-PM03 with Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC, 1650 Industrial Blvd, Chula Vista CA 91911-3922, for a maximum ceiling amount of $11,159,562 on 10/21/2009. The BOA covers a 5-year ordering period. The BOA is in support of the NSWCCD and includes manufacturing, restoration upgrades and repair of AN/SLQ-32(V) Countermeasures System and components to include the Angle Encoder, Instantaneous Frequency Measurement Converter, Countermeasure receiver, Digital Processing Unit Input/Output, Radio Frequency Amplifier, Installation Kit Electrical Equipment, and Special Purpose Electronic Test Equipment Kit. The job orders under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
